New Applications
For all new registrations please download and complete the Registry Application Form below. Please return via email or post to the address listed on the form.

Registry Updates
Transfer of Ownership and Death of Llama – Seller/Owner to complete back of certificate and mail to Registry
Correction of Errors – Owner to return certificate with notification of error
Replacement Certificate – Owner to email Registry quoting all relevant details
